These students came ready—with sharp questions about temping, staffing, employment, and how to navigate the dental world after school. Love seeing that kind of fire!

Bonus moment: my Waterpik raffle prize went to a Pima alum who didn’t have one yet—total win-win. So excited to welcome this next wave of talent into our dental fam!

We are looking for a friendly detail-oriented professional to help in our front office. Responsibilities will include filling and managing the daily schedule for one full- time dentist and two hygienists, making confirmation and follow-up calls, accurately filing insurance claims, making and managing referrals to local specialists, collecting fees and balancing our daily deposit, to name a few. A working knowledge of SoftDent is a plus but not a requirement. We have spent years developing systems to maximize accuracy and efficiency. Your success will depend on your commitment to these systems. An ability to multi-task and think on your feet is a MUST. Compensation will start at $25 per hour and a $200 per month contribution to your own personal health insurance.
